Aristo-staff
The Aristo-staff marks you as a wizard of refined tastes - as well as a penchant for quick getaways when the going gets tough.
Abilities
The resistance aura does not seem to fully protect you from the elements as a specific resistance spell would but it does reduce damage from most spells significantly, increasing your survivability.
The Teleport ability on the Aristo-staff is directed and is one of the best panic button abilities available from a staff.

- Not especially useful in close-combat with melee opponents.
