Special:	Slow, Creates a cold blast in front of the wielder
Location:	Chapter 4: Left of where the Town Grinder breaks through a wall, behind a fire and pile of debris.

Abilities

Blasts a Cone of Cold, in front of the caster.

Pros

• If the target is wet, the blast will indeed freeze the target.
• Imbuing your weapon with the water element and then attacking a target will instantly freeze your target.

Cons

• Fairly weak for its slow speed.

This shortsword resembles the blade Chillrend, a quest reward in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
