Tutorial

You don't have to but it wouldn't be a bad idea to burn the rope.
Sign in the room before facing off against Behold, The Watcher, referencing You Have to Burn the Rope a 2008 flash game.
Burning the rope has the same effect in both games as it kills the Boss by dropping a chandelier from the ceiling.
Behold, the Watcher himself is a reference to Dungeons and Dragons in which a monster which looks the same exists and is named Beholder.

Additionally, the voice-over for "Goblin archers" sounds suspiciously like a mumbled "Imperial Stormtroopers".

Attack of the Goblins
The name of this chapter is reference to Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
At the start of the chapter you see burned hovel with 2 skeletons lying in front of it.
One might see it as a reference to movie Star Wars: New Hope in which Luke’s aunt and uncle die similarly.
I've never heard of goblins hitting anything this big before.
Another reference to Star Wars: A New Hope
Gram's Workshop
the sign, Ingvar's comment that “in the distant north there is only war”, and the Warhammer placed on the anvil are references to Games Workshop and its product “Warhammer”.
RUN TO THE HILLS! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!
A reference to Run To The Hills, a song by Iron Maiden.
Goblins before the fight with the shaman will yell “Intruders, Blast them!” when player enters the forest.
Stormtroopers reference
Goblin Shaman at the end of the chapter yelling “Kalimaaaah!
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
When using the random-teleportation staff, the goblin shaman will yell “Beam me!” and “Scotty!”

Chapter 3

Revenge of the Tribes
The name of this chapter is a reference to Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
The druids that summon tree spirits yell “shrubbery”, “Ni!” and “Eki Eki!” all the time.
Reference to the "Knights Who say Ni" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail
The dead knight by the druids where you find the lightning bolt spell.
Moonstone reference
After the shipride you will encounter “MacLeod” with an exotic blade
Highlander reference
An enemy drops the Mace of the Molten Core.
A reference to “Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros” from World of Warcraft which is found in the dungeon, The Molten Core.
In the end of the chapter, you'll get an m60 made by "Angus" using paperclip.

A New Hope
The name of this chapter, is a reference to Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.
No, Mr. King… I expect you to die
James Bond. “The Machine” is a reference to the laser that Goldfinger uses for his attempt to kill James Bond. Or it could be in reference to “The Machine” in The Princess Bride
Admiral Agbar yelling “It’s a trap!”
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Admiral Akbar's “It’s a trap” has become a meme. The voiceover also sounds like "It's a tarp!" which is an alternate of the meme.
When defeating the warlock, he will begin casting a lighting spell and the King will throw him into a trapdoor.

The soldiers running into the Town Grinder yelling Freedom!

Havindr Strikes Back
The name of this chapter is a reference to the movie Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
The cutscene at the beginning
The movie 300. Pushing the soldier in to the hole grants you a related achievement.
In a cutscene a soldier runs back and says the captain is dead, it then shows the captain falling to his knees and being shot with many arrows.
This may be a reference to Platoon.
A combat knife called “The knife of counterstriking”

Return of the Wizard
The name of this chapter is a reference to the movie Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi, or less likely, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.

Chapter 7

Return to Castle Aldrheim
The name of this chapter is a reference to the game Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
The entrance into the chapter shows the wizards entering the past at high speeds.
Back to the Future. You also get the “88mph” achievement.

Chapter 8

The Mine Sweepers
The name of this chapter is a reference to the game Minesweeper.
The entire chapter…
…is a reference to Lord of the Rings. Specifically the mines of Moria. Passing through the mines, the enterance in the side of a mountain, the goblin archers inside.
There’s even a secret area with a sword called Stung, which was made by the elves, and glows when enemies are near. It lies beside two skeletons spooning and bearing great resemblance to Frodo and Sam.

Chapter 9

Symphony of the Twilight
The name of this chapter is a reference to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, as is Vlad's flinging of his wine glass. Twilight also is the name of a novel series which also features vampires.
Right at the beginning there is a skull on the left side of a sign, it names itself Murray and talks
Monkey island 3 The Curse of Monkey Island
Looking in the water on the right of an island where you fight two trees, you can see an X-shaped vehicle
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
A female body carrying relic in the secret tomb chamber before entering the chapel that contains the spell “call undead”

The music playing while in the village in front of Vlad's castle
Extremely similar to that of the village “Tristram” in Diablo.

Dwarf Priests will shout a variety of things in combat, including "Metzen!" and "Pardo!"

Near the northern lava pools before Fafnir, there is a charred skeleton with an “Arcane Sabre” beside him
